Have a chance to get a new GT and not pay anymore than I am currently paying. Should I keep my Premium Extended range or go to the GT?

I think the PE would be worth the jump IMO for the suspension and brake upgrade.

I’m not a massively aggressive driver so the 5 seconds means nothing to me but didn’t know if there were advantages or disadvantages.

Then the GT is likely better than the 4X in your case. Much quicker initial launch and still very fast until the 1/8th mile. Plus, aggressive front end, nice interior bits etc. And 4Xs are pulling serious $$$ right now, $60-64K Depending on miles.

Edit: saw you currently have a rwd X, in that case, no brainer to go GT.

So the final sales price of your premium is the same as the final sales price (TTL) of a new GT? I guess you could factor in the 7,500 tax credit if you quality to bring them closer.

Either way, unless it's a color change that you like better I'd probably stick with a premium. Unless we're talking the GTPE then absolutely do it.

I bought the 21 at a great price and they offered me a lot more. Assuming since I bought it in December and the want for them has skyrocketed since then, they are going to break even.

Probably the 5 second power limit is now being a factor on the value here. I don't know.

Gaining a one year newer model for the same price is a no brainer for future value. We are thrilled with our GTPE. The only reason not to upgrade, maybe, is if you need 300 mile charge And will miss the extra mileage.
