I saw another update like this that added the outside temp to the small dash. Wonder what else is out there.

IIRC that replaced the compass in the same spot. So you can only have temp or direction, not both.

nice, but what I REALLY want to see is actual kW number being output/regen..... wouldn't it be COOL if we could customize dashboard like you can with CarScanner app?! display whatever datastream(s) you wanted.

It would be pretty easy to look at scan data to establish the kW values for the extremes of the power scale. In practice I just want to know what % power or regen I'm using, or if there's a limit in place, I don't really care about the actual kW values. I would like a live consumption readout however so I can see effect of terrain or drafting behind trucks for example.

I wanna see the NUMBER of kW in/out..... and would love to see inverter temp, batt temp, and contactor temp

which you can display real time in CarScanner from ODB2 data on your phone. I just wanna see it on the display so I don't have to have ODB running and phone on dash to see it.

Was that car updated with BlueCruise? I think that updated IPC software is what makes it work.

Still doesn't work for me. My IPC version is LU5T-10F906-BA.

It‘s completely up to date with everything that’s available for a 2021 Job 1. It’s a bummer because I really want the power meter.

I just checked some VINs and there are definitely several different versions of IPC software out there. None of these show any IPC updates available in FDRS. The Job 1 software version is completely different than the others. All but the GTPE are Premium trim.

2021 Job1 - LU5T-10F906-BA
2021 Job2 - LJ8T-14C026-BR

2022 Job1 - LJ8T-14C026-MT

FORScan reports LJ8T-14C026-LT.

My hunch is you need a Job2 2021 or later to have the updated IPC software?

That certainly appears to be the case. ?

I still think this is the only plugin car in existence that doesn't show the driver when it's using power and when it's generating power.

@breeves002 FYI my 2022 Job 1 only has 2 banks of as-built data for IPC 720-11-02 (xxxx xxxx).
