Poll - how long have you waited from order to build date?

Just for fun I’d like to see how long everyone has waited from order confirmation to build date assigned? I know builds keep getting pushed but figured build date assigned was a decent general barometer. I’m a happy job 1 first edition GB owner with almost 30k miles, and we ordered another my22 premium 4x red for my wife in February. After the LONG wait from original order to delivery of the FE, we’re happy waiting now. Wonder if it’ll be delivered this year or next…

I’ve seen lots of Space Whites, went to the dealer on Thursday and they had three waiting to be picked up once they do the recall. I picked Star White Metallic. Ford built 2021’s until December last year, I imagine they will do the same for 2022.

It's June 29. I've been waiting 204 days (29 weeks) without a scheduled build date. What with 2 "no scheduling" dates in June, assembly plant shutdown for 2 weeks in August, and new scheduling being forecast for late August and beyond, it's looking like I might get a "build date" in early September and delivery date in mid October, i.e. ~45 weeks after order confirmation. (inSoCal, Premium AWD ER red)

edit: It's 10 August 22. I waited 226 days (32 weeks) for my order to get scheduled (premium AWD ER red). My order was assigned a VIN in the low 50,000s and the scheduled build date was two months away... 9/19, and the delivery ETA is currently 10/29-11/5. If Ford meets this ETA, it will be 11 months between order and delivery. The presumed cause of these delays in scheduling and building, when Select and GT orders are being favored, is that my order is for a "disfavored" premium AWD, and/or I chanced upon a "low allocation" dealer. Now I have to wait and see what further delays may occur in the "shipped" phase.

Ordered 8/18/21. First build date early April 22. Keep moving until May 23rd.

It made it into the states a few months ago and was trucked to the railyard in KC on 4 May. They dont know where it is now.

Ordered 10/1. Scheduled around 4/18 (might be earlier... I forget). So that's about 199 days.

Delivered 7/3.

275 days. 39 weeks, 2 days.

13 Day delay in production because of a chip hold
23 Day delay for shipping from the plant, because it missed it's original train car
53 Day delay from KS to dealer
16 Day delay because of the recall hold

8 Months (243 Days) to purchase.

Ordered 10/29/21 and just received a 7/25 week production window, so if the date holds it'll be a little over 38 weeks from order to production. Add another 8-10 weeks for delivery and likely 48 weeks from order.

What if I am right at 20 weeks for my GT? More/less? Plus you should change the GT question to more or less than 28. When I ordered, it said 28+ weeks and I got it at 20 so 8 weeks ahead of time which should be of note. 20 weeks in the question does not due it justice if you got it less than the 28 (since it asks for over).
