Does it matter if the car is USA or EU?
If not, would be nice to see info about mine, thanks.

Yeah ... either the provided VIN is wrong or the dealership's idea of blue cruise updates is to go to the sync screen and check for updates.
This was so egregious I didn't even want to speculate. Just provide the facts as I saw them.

I agree. I hope the VIN is off by a digit because if this went in for those updates, I would be furious. They didn't even look it up let alone connect it to FDRS.

Okaaaay..nobody has pulled your VIN in FDRS since May 11th. And even then it was just to run PTS, not do any work. The last date any module programming was done on your car was the 26th of January where it looks like the bulk of CSP 21P22 was done.

Here's a screengrab of your car's VIN being checked on the 11th of May. You can see no actual work was done. So if you took your car in a week ago.....not sure what, if anything, was done. Cause FDRS wasn't used.

And those dates in between Jan 26th and May 11th...same thing, your car's VIN was looked up in PTS but no actual programming went on, just the tech looking up different programs (like recalls etc.).

And here's the list of updates you have pending:

That list above looks like all the BlueCruise usual suspects (see attached) plus about another half day of programming.

Thank you Mike! Guess the dealer has not gotten to it?

Makes me cringe when I see IPMA in these lists!

I often quickly calculate how long the updates will take, and give up when I see it, as 3 hours + the rest is just a PITA ?

Thanks a bunch Mike.
If it's not too much to ask, did you also have that picture of build date and such?

Dealer up here didn't exactly provide a lot of details when I picked the car up in October

? I agree ... Job 1 IPMA's I have installed took forever. Job 2 had one, if I recall correctly, but it was quick.

I've been on 1.6 since I've gotten the car in October. Through that other app I saw the car had tried to download 1.7 a while back, but seems it got stuck.

Now I've been chatting with the dealership and Ford Norway about the stuck situation. Where the dealer says it'll get fixed OTA, and me having to force Ford Norway to force the dealership to take my car in...

@Mike G must be the one doing the most lookups now. He is getting personal requests and the credit when others look up VINs. ?

Same list but in a slightly different order....I wonder why that is? Is there a way to sort these somehow?

Mike
I haven't tried but I don't think so. I've noticed that on the list for my VIN the order is inconsistent.
