Thanks Mike, appreciate the update - the dealer says that they dont have a EV certified tech to run the BlueCruise update as it is very complex. I will have to find another dealer I think.

Will the other updates come through OTA or will I need to have it done by the dealer?

That dealership doesn't want to work on your car.

Those attached 21G01 instructions? They're for both the Mach-E and the F-150. So they'll work on one but not the other?

I think you're right...I think you do need to find another dealer.

I wouldn't hold my breath for OTAs.

Well you're still entitled to have it done free at the dealership under program 21G01.

Here's what's showing currently:

Your tech did spend some time looking things up, like the 22S41 recall and the 21P22 program, but no programming went on.

No idea why the decision was made not to update the 21P22 related modules while he was there.

I've attached the instructions for your reference, so you can see what could have been updated.

There are a bunch that are not in 21P22.... does your dealer tech like doughnuts? You may need some form of incentive or "customer complaint" associated with some of these other ones to get them done for free. Unless they're just feeling magnanimous.

2.8.2 delivered to your car a broken software update. This is well known. The fix is the next OTA you will receive which will be "22-PU0601-SRV-RC" which should un-bork what was borked.

Then you will eventually get OTA 2.8.3.

I'm about to take my 1-ish year old Mach-e in for its 10,000 mile tire rotation (and hopefully as many updates as possible) within the next week or so. I'm in need of CSP 21P22 and 22S41, but am curious about any other updates available.

I also had an OTA update (horizontal volume and games) in January which failed partially and reverted in early July to the previous version (no games!) after failing again.
