Did anyone have problems buying a 2 day license? I am trying to buy a license now.

I get to the confirm order page and after submitting I get a page back that says "There is nothing on this order. If you are having difficulty, please call 1-866-583-8047"

I tried to order again and got a message that the order failed with a duplicate credit card charge.

Tried a different card and got the same set of errors.

I also see the error message listed below just logging onto the site.

I will give them a call tomorrow. I have too much going on today and don't want to waste any of my 2 day license, should I be able to buy one.

The new logon is designed to allow customers to login in across all Ford sites with the same login. I was able to login after I installed FDRS 32.5.7..

If you have other Ford accounts you might want to try the logging in with another of your Ford logins.

I updated the day the new version came out (21 July).

They did change the login screen to a blank white page with a "Ford owner account" style login, and everytime I login I have to reconfirm my program settings (metric/sae). But other than that it all seems to work fine. I do have an annual license. maybe they are not allowing two-day non-motorcraft licenses until after the fist week of August. They said we all had to update to the new version before then or FDRS features would stop working. I don't know what that means exactly.

So what if your motorcraft login that you created when you setup FDRS is not the same as your owner account?

Mine isn't and I can login just fine.

I have not called yet but noticed that the website is no longer displaying the error when I login.

But now when I try to purchase it immediatly reports that the card was declined.

Sounds like they are working on the page. I should be patient and try tomorrow.

Ok i was able to buy an hour license and got a new license key. But FDRS could not check the license, so FDRS is useless right now.

This dashboard is really nice ! (in the webbrowser accessible without FDRS installed)

I think it went well.

Two observations.

One is that the temperature displayed by the car is way, way, way off. During the updates it went down to 32 degrees. At the moment it is reading 52. I am going to drive it around and see if it starts displaying the correct outside temperature.

Two is that the OBCC update did not clear from the list after being applied. Once I was done I restarted the laptop and reconnected and no updates are listed.

Sometimes you have to do a new network scan to clear the update list or reinstall the update. Looks like a fresh network scan fixed it for you.

You have to drive the car to get an update temperature reading, it won't display properly when sitting.

I am still getting the 500 Internal Server Error when I tried to log into FDRS. I cleared everything out and reinstalled with the same result.

I can log in to the Motorcraft website. I noticed it says I have no subscriptions. I am able to validate my license in FDRS.

I sent feedback to Ford describing the problem. Hopefully it can get fixed quickly.

When FDRS shows files to download are those specific for my vehicle?
