07/25/22 Build week chat

I put my VIN into the United Road link and got a Load number of 65853545. What does this do for me? My window sticker says rail also. Something not adding up? But it does show Jack Demmer as its final destination which is correct.

If you sign up on the site with your email then you’ll be able to see all vehicles being transported to your dealer. They’ll give you a random password and then you’ll change it. Search for your VIN again once you’re logged in and you’ll see details for your car. Mine, for example, has an origin about 90 miles away from my dealer. I’m assuming that’s where the truck picks up my MME from it’s final rail destination. Your ticket will say Inactive if your car hasn’t been picked up yet.

Hi everyone! I have been lurking for a while but finally registered!
I ordered a '22 RWD select base (no options) on 3/8/22 through ford.com and then signed dealer order paperwork on 3/10/22.
I was provided a VIN mid May, then I got a build date of week 7/11, which then got pushed out to the week of 7/25, my car got built 26-27th of July, the day after I got an email saying it was in transit at that ETA at the dealer was 8/17-8/23.
Well this past thursday 8/11 I get an email from ford saying that the mach-e has arrived at the dealer and they are making final prep! I text my sales agent and he says they can't confirm that the vehicle has arrived. Friday goes by and they have no news. Yesterday saturday morning my salesman texts me saying it has arrived! I was out and about very close to the dealer so I stop by and yes indeed it's on their lot, I got so excited!
It wasn't ready for delivery, it was still in transport mode with the plastic locks on the suspension coils to avoid if from jouncing up in down to much in the train but I did get to sit in it and inspect it, spent like an hour in the parking lot just getting to know the car!
Can't wait for delivery next week!

I'm also in Michigan and my build group is 7172 108/302 but I have not gotten any updates regarding the transit, and the status is still stuck at "In production" online even though the chat representatives have said it's been built. The ETA from the chat was still 8/19 as of yesterday, so I'm hoping that's still the case and the tracking is just not accurate.

My dealer is in MI - I'm group 7190 249/330 (as I recall) - just got a built email with build date of 8/13

Chat had previously given a dealer date of 9/6.
Ordered 9/15/2021.
Now to. wait for shipping info.

No movement for us on a west-bound train... Arrived in KC on Aug 9 and sat there for the last week. It had a few tacos in Mex waiting for a train, now it is stuffing itself on BBQ burnt ends?

From what I saw this saturday, it includes both the rubber and carpet mats, need to make sure they don't "forget" to put them back in at delivery.

I am in batch 7254 301/660 according to chat today in production as of 7/25. According to dealer built 7/29 but no shipping info. No updates since 7/29 and no ford emails.

Ended up taking delivery today, loving it so far!
Dealer wanted to charge $279 for wheel locks, I said no, take them off. they dropped them to $239, still said no, showed them an online link for $50, we settled at $79.
they applied the interior protection and wanted to charge me $499I said I did not order it and they backed down.
my Mach-e is missing the cargo cover on the tailgate, perhaps it’s not present in the base models?

EDIT: Upon some quick research, seems that the cargo cover is part of the technology package which I did not get. Oh well, from what I have read, that cargo cover is pretty useless anyway! ?

I'm a Michigan delivery as well, mine is still listed as "In Production" as well. By a lucky chance, I set up the FordPass app and entered my VIN awhile ago and whomever was driving it at the factory accepted the connection so I could see the location. It was still in Mexico Friday, and then it was turned on and driven again just a few hours ago. It's still in Mexico, but I'm hoping that means it was driven on to a truck.
