Good Afternoon! This is a great help and much appreciated as a fellow Mach E Owner. My car is in for many updates (Job 1 Mach E). Would it be possible to check and see if the dealer has done all the available updates?

Thanks in advance!

Well I hope it's still in there cause they're not finished with at least two of the CSP 21P22 updates (door modules).

Now, in fairness the DSM, HVAC, DSP, WACM are all things that are not normally part of any customer service program (CSP) and are normally updated only in response to a customer concern.

They should do those last two door modules though as they are part of CSP 21P22.

It looks like you may have had a stuck APIM...they repeatedly tried to do a module repair and updating the APIM and spent all day on the 25th doing that. But today they had a better time and got the ball rolling. Lots of updates today. Looks like Bluecruise, the recall, most of CSP 21P22. So it was a day ?

So don't be surprised if it comes back with just those door modules done and the rest of the items still on the list, but it was good progress.

If someone wouldn't mind running mine, it'd be appreciated. Job 1, June '21 build.

VIN: 3FMTK3R71MMA39137

Bringing it in for the BC update (and glass recalls) in a couple weeks and would like to get an idea of what's open.

I had the series of BC updates coming in in May, last successful one being 2.7.4. 2.8.1 failed late May and then never reinitiated.

I called Ford support and they said my VIN was showing error codes that would prevent further OTAs and to bring it into the dealer.

The 22S41 PowerUp then installed earlier this month so that was incorrect, though I'm still showing that as an open recall. ?‍♂

Door issues that seemed to had been resolved with 21P22 also seemed to have started reoccurring.

Are those covered in 22B08? They said they would only do recall and CSP as that wears what they showed so I’m trying to understand what to tell them so they’ll do these as well. Thanks so so so much!!
Well 22B08 is really a diagnostic to see if you have corrupted data in either the GWM, TCU, or APIM. And if you do then it refers the tech to do TSB 22-2150 to get it cleared out so you can start getting OTAs again.

Thanks, Mike! Yes sir, they’ve had the car just shy of two weeks to do the pano roof, windshield, and all the software updates. I did have the APIM issue. The dealer seems to be on it and focused on getting the work done, despite the challenges. They said they hope to have it all wrapped up Monday so hopefully those door updates will be completed.

Thanks again for the help!! ?

Hey -- can someone please run my VIN and let me know if there's a onboard charger module update rolling back the one I flashed a while ago? I think I read they rolled it back because it was buggy, and I'm all of a sudden having L2 charging not following instsructions at home lately. Charging at whatever times it feels like it, and to 100%. Think it only started happening after I flashed that module, just wanta know if I can fix this with a weekend FDRS license.....

Here's the list of available updates including the GWM from this morning:

Your OBCC is the -AM version, not the -AN.

There will be an APIM update immediately after that GWM is done.

Would it be possible to recheck my vehicle (early May 22 build, was checked about 6 weeks ago)? Have had a few OTA updates (currently at 3.2.1), but keep getting the missing key alert using PAAK. Also, I'm curious to learn what was done (e.g. recall or other udpates) before delivery on July 14. Thank you.

The RFA may help with the PAAK issue.

Hello!
I think I had the HVBJB fail (drivetrain malfunction/power loss and HVB malfunction, service soon) this week after getting the 22s41 recall OTA, 2 weeks before. they had tsb22-2178 code but the dealer seems to not know what they do… they said they reprogram some module and apply updates (and recall 22s41?) and maybe clear codes… didnt touch the HVBJB and now my car run fine…for how much time? Do they need to change the HVBJB with TSB22-2178 ? Can you see something with my vin? Really annoying… thanks

I guess they don't do the CSP 21P22 updates in Canada like they do here in the US, or all those door modules would have been updated by now.

On the 23rd when your car was in the tech did a little reading in the PTS system. No programming.

On the 25th pretty much the same thing... a lot of reading, and programming of the OBCC, BCM, and GFM that have nothing to do with the HVJB functions.

And on the 26th more reading...but that's it.

Thank you!

Newb question: do I need to go to the dealership to get all these updated or can that be done OTA?
Those doors will never be done as an OTA. That's why Ford offered the CSP 21P22 program to get them done (as well as other updates at the time).

Attached is the CSP 21P22 instructions so you can see what was supposed to happen.
