I really like Discount Tire and plan to use them, they sell the factory Pirelli tires for $249 each.
I was planning on buying from Discount Tire since I can get additional 5% off using their military discount. I was looking at the continental tires that someone on here posted which are around the same price per tire. Can we go bigger on the tire size? I don’t know much about wheels and tires. Which ones are you going with?

It might be because of the distance. I think they ship from NY and your address is in Virginia. I’m in SoCal for it was $207.54 for me with FedEx. They didn’t charge taxes so that was a savings.
That makes me feel better that they did not make a mistake on shipping quote.

I'm not sure about going with bigger tires, there may be a thread some where on the forum about that. I think I will go with Pirelli since the less aggressive tread will probably be best for range and our winter weather isn't so severe in Virginia Beach so I don't need winter or all season. Not sure what part of California you live in but if it's southern I would definitely go with a summer type tread design.

I ordered a set from Ford Accessories with the discount code for about $1240 shipped before tax and got them in about a week.

Ford Mustang Mach-E GT Performance Edition 20" wheels now available aftersales for $1430 per set (TPMS included) - Part # M-1007K-M2080 68360382208__3F1663C8-DF48-407A-A4B9-E4D3773AED18.fullsizerender

FYI the inside rims had some marring from rubbing on the cardboard during shipping. They should probably put an additional layer of protection over this rim for shipping rather than having it sit on bare cardboard. Anybody else have this? It seems mostly cosmetic but it's not anywhere where it can be seen. The outside face of the wheels looked fine.

Also, they hilariously included the 5-pedal GT aero covers, which do not fit these GTPE wheels. No center caps included.

That seems to be the case with all of them. Somebody must have entered the wrong part number to include the aero covers instead of the center caps when they put together the wheel package. Let's hope Ford figures out how to get the correct center caps out to people.

I'm going to PM you about the center caps. I'd appreciate it if you'd open a case with Ford Accessories about it - will give you my case number so you can have them reference them together to find a solution.

Alright, I called today and got the runaround. In short, didn't get very far, the case is supposedly going to be elevated so the higher ups can look at fixing the kit contents, but I don't have much confidence.

First called the Ford Accessories number and made a case. They are powerless to exchange individual parts or perform a partial refund or exchange. She offered to send the whole kit back and send out another one, but I pointed out that would do no good since they all contain the wrong part. Also the kits are out of stock now, so that doesn't help me either. She finished my case and said that Ford Corporate might be able to grant me an exception to exchange the aero covers for center caps (in short, no they can't, at least not people that answer the phone).

This is where it starts getting hilarious. Ford Corporate is actually just Ford's general customer service hotline, so after waiting on hold I got a rep and explained I was transferred from Ford Accessories, and I was looking for a part exchange exception. She wasn't the brightest bulb, and I could tell she was completely befuddled with my query. Not having any clue how to handle the situation, out of desperation she asks me what kind of vehicle I have. "Mach-E". "Oh this is the wrong line, I'll transfer you to BEV team" BEV team isn't who I need, but I decided to roll with it and see what happens.

Here's the best part - I WAS TRANSFERRED TO BEV TEAM THREE TIMES IN A ROW BUT NONE OF THEM WERE BEV! ? Ford has some serious CS issues to work out, you could start a game and see who gets the most call transfers before actually reaching a BEV team member

On the third transfer, I actually got a lady that was helpful, Ashley. Turns out she's at Ford Performance Parts, who is probably who you should call first. Ashley called ahead and got someone named Brad who deals with parts. After checking he told me the same thing, have to return the whole thing. I asked for escalation and he said he would and someone will email me in the next few days. That's where we're at.

In short, if you got aero covers PLEASE CALL FORD PERFORMANCE PARTS (800) 367-3788 and make a case. Ask for a partial refund or exchange of the wrong parts, and escalate if they tell you no. Explain there is a problem with all the kits and other people have the same issue, not just you. Exchanging it won't help you.

I'm sure it's a case of somebody selecting the wrong part number, they are very similar:

Wrong part: LK9Z-1130-A (GT aero covers, $133/ea)
Correct part: LJ8Z-1130-A (Pony center cap $13/ea)

Thanks for doing all of that! I guess I should open a case with Ford Performance Parts as well now. I did call Ford Accessories back yesterday and was told again there was nothing they could do besides take the entire package back. I was surprised that the lady did not seem to understand that they were no longer in stock, per their website. Unfortunately she seemed even more clueless than the original rep I spoke with twice.

Good catch on the part numbers - they are indeed very similar!

I ordered a set of used black center caps (for OG Mustang wheels) from eBay just to see which I preferred. Still not sure which I prefer though.

Finally got my last 2 wheels to complete the set.

Mine are scuffed a bit worse than yours were. I'm not going to worry about it because it won't be visible with the tire installed, or affect tire mounting/sealing.

As for the GT-non PE trim rings (yep I got them too). I'm not worrying about it too much because they sell on fordparts.com for $130....each vs. $10 for the center caps.

Wow! For that price difference, you'd think Ford would be interested in correcting their mistake. Not sure if there's much of a resale market for the aero covers, but it seems like you should be able to sell them for more than the cost of the center caps if Ford doesn't step up to fix it.

Yes, we will be running a labor day sale this year, unfortunately the details for it have not yet been released so we are unable to confirm what will be on sale.
