I've added search to the map along with some new categories. I'll be adding more data over time. Thanks to all who had submitted their experience.

I'm also looking for data from people who went to a dealership and was told that they can't do the repairs because they don't have the equipment to do them. I think it would be really helpful for people to know where not to go as well, especially if they are on a road trip. So, if any of you know places to avoid because they don't have the equipment please let me know.
Hey DevSecOps, thanks for this tool. I currently at 6 weeks and 3500miles with a failed HVBJB. The dealership says they have the part but are waiting on SSTs to do the job.
I submitted a form for this so far.
I may even look at taking time off of work and taking the car to a dealer that can do the job

Ah, it is in Southern California, wish it was closer to you. Definitely make sure you have a case with the BEV team and go to the link @DevSecOps posted in his post above. That'll get you squared away!

I filled it out just now finally. My repair was actually really fast it was some other stuff that made it take longer. Corporate did help though.

It's already broken down by that. There's a filter on the left (desktop) and below (mobile) where you can sort by motor/trim type.
There is no RWD data. Is that because RWD doesn't have the problem?

There is no RWD data. Is that because RWD doesn't have the problem?
Incorrect. We have RWD failures. Just had one yesterday but it's not on the map because it's not changed out yet. Also, o need to go back and add data to the original pins

Putting that math degree I got a long time ago, I see there are 72 failures tracked. Just guessing that about 1% of MME owners are on this forum - likely high, it tells me that there likely have been over 7,000 of these failures for Ford. What puzzles me is that they still seem to do a complete slapstick routine internally and with the dealers when this happens. Unless the victim knows how to open a case and get actively involved, do these sit for months and months??? Ford needs to do better.

Didn't you switch dealerships on the 30th of Aug? If so, who was the first dealership that couldn't perform it and who was the second dealership that took 31 days? You can DM me with that info if you would rather.

Al Packer Ford couldn’t do it. Wayne Ackers Ford was the second dealer that performed the repairs.
