FordPass App So Unreliable

About one month ago FordPass stopped recognizing my charging sessions as they were happening and no longer includes sessions in my charging log. I have an iPhone 12 and sessions were monitored and recorded prior to mid September. Ford, why is this App so unreliable???

You can ask, but the reality is that the stability / features of this app, on either Apple or Android, is constantly in flux. Very frustrating to everyone.

I recall one update where the charging info was unreliable but the next update fixed that.

Few questions. Which version of the ford pass app are you on?
Does the car have cellular coverage where it is parked or is it all charging sessions?

I have had pretty good experience with it but I have a newer 2022 with many of the module updates installed. So many factors with these cars.

My car is on Level 2 charge at this time. I'm 50 feet away in my office with good connectivity. My car is in the building. I'm updated to FordPass 4.22.0. This all used to work great. I could monitor the charging progression on my phone in the office.

This happened to me once. The fix was to turn off connected services in the car and turn it back on again.
