Went out to the garage this morning to leave for work. Thought it was weird the lights didn't come on when approached. I also didn't get my alert that the cabin climate was ready. Hit the button on the driver's door and nothing, completely dead. It was plugged in all night and was driven on Monday evening (today is Wednesday) so it sat for a little over 36 hrs. I do leave my window down in the garage so I could get in the car, but still nothing. I have read about all the LVB issues this is the first issue I've had in 17k and one year. What do I do? It seems really strange that the battery would be dead in that short of time. I have no external accessories that would help drain the battery. - Any advice? I'm sure it's the low-voltage (12v) battery.

Open the frunk, and use a battery charger to charge the 12v battery enough to start the car, then drive it to the dealer.

Before doing the above, you will need to access the emergency frunk release by applying a 12v voltage to the cables hidden in the front right bumper as shown in this video. That will allow you to then access the frunk, pop off the plastic covers, then charge your low voltage battery. Also note this only works if low voltage battery is actually dead, so if this does not pop the trunk, then you may have a bigger issue.

He will not. If you re-read his post, he stated the window is open and he's in the car. He simply needs to pull the frunk opening twice to open it.

Make sure you get TSB 21-2091 applied if it hasn’t been already on your MachE - that was the solid fix for me; that was last summer though so possibly it’s been rolled into a different CSP or TSB

Hi there, I'd be happy to look into your Mach-E concerns on my end. Will you send us a message with your VIN and dealership info? I can look into things on my end.

Use a multimeter to measure the cigarette lighter socket voltage if it’s 12 volts. If not then it’s LVB. Are you sure it was charging the whole time?

Definitely take it into a dealer if you have no external accessories like a dashcam.

If you're lucky you have a faulty 12V battery.

Not so lucky, a random parasitic draw in the electronics.

VIN # 3FMTK4SE6MME01087 - I purchased my Mach E from a dealer 200 plus miles away. I've never had to take to a dealership for any work. So I technically don't have a dealership. My local dealer when I called said they couldn't look at it until December.

Yeah, the car was on the charger the whole time.

Just an FYI, your MME is a 2021. Your profile says it's a 2022.
