11/7/22 Build Week Thread for 2023 MME's

Not to be super duper impatient, but I've had modules and a tear tag for a few days now, but the Ford order site still reads "Scheduled for Production Week of 11/7/2022" and the order tracking site "In Production 11/14/2022". What gives? How long after a tear tag does the status get updated, shipping happen, and delivery estimate populate, etc.?

My shipping and ETA happened before the tear tag field was populated. It's all a giant mystery.

Yeah, I haven't been able to try any of that out. I did a FC this afternoon and they told me no rail car # yet and that it shows as Junction Point in MX. So if you get something to work for tracking, pls share so I'll know how to do it when I get a #

Will do! My dealer gave me the Rail car info. They can pull it up from VinView. FC was no help. They gave me the same info, at JCT point.

I got a tear tag on 11/9, but the email from Ford saying the car was built on wasn’t until 11/13. Then an email the next day saying the vehicle was on its way to the dealership on 11/14. Of course, YMMV

Looks like all the Premium ER AWD are awaiting updates while GTs and SR AWDs are shipping. I wonder what the delay is?

I don't necessarily see that trend. And you have to take the spreadsheets with a grain of salt because they are only as good as far as they are updated. Some people posted initially and then haven't come back to update even though they may be built or even shipped. Lots of builds never make it to this forum to even start giving data.

Like nothing below build number 450 has shipped in that 9217 batch. Is that a trend that means something, or just poor data?

I have the L2 charger narrowed down to chargepoint flex or emporia.

anyone have either of these ? Is the premium price for 2 more amps an hour (48 vs 50) worth the huge price difference?

I have the Emporia. Electrician installed it on Mon. I had them install a 100A sub-panel in the garage to hardwire the charger, and put in a NEMA 14-50 as a backup or people visiting. Just waiting for my E-Pony to show up!

Guilty… I was tarty getting my data added. It’s in there now.

Does your status show shipped? Hopefully mine is in the car with yours. I’ve seen a few posts about status’s not updating as timely as others. Is there a disparity between those who placed an order online and those who placed one directly with the dealership? Forgive me, I’m new to the forum.

Yes shipped with an eta 12/10-12/16 Los Angeles rail car and location has been moving closer towards Arizona/Mexico border.
