So I just got off the phone with my ford dealer and there is a change in route for California vehicles. They go through nogales at the border and come to riverside where they are loaded on vehicles. If this is the case California persons eta may be right on point with estimates. The person I spoke to at the dealership was also surprised by this finding as he had stated they had always gone to MO first. This would also follow what ford told me on the phone last week in regards to shipping routes.

So order track is down. My car is still in production and haven’t seen an update since tear tag was generated on Monday. Looks like the gT carbonized Grey is the last car being built based on the google sheet. I hope there is an update soon bc most of the gT have a built date of yesterday.

Do you have a script that works with chat? I want to ask them if I have a railcar but I've been burned by no information so many times by chat so far that I wonder if I'm doing it right -lol. I haven't had the rail car discussion with them yet so I'm hoping for some tips.

Yup he looked at the map route and told me that was the route it was was headed for Nogales, flagstaff, riverside.

This is from the tracker page - from back in Oct of 21 so some of this might have changed slightly

CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

1. Call UP at 1 800 877-5123 1 800 877-5123
2. Follow phone prompts for Trace
3. Say the railcar number complete and clearly. Example CN123456 all together
4. Listen for your update

Not to be super duper impatient, but I've had modules and a tear tag for a few days now, but the Ford order site still reads "Scheduled for Production Week of 11/7/2022" and the order tracking site "In Production 11/14/2022". What gives? How long after a tear tag does the status get updated, shipping happen, and delivery estimate populate, etc.?

Yeah, I haven't been able to try any of that out. I did a FC this afternoon and they told me no rail car # yet and that it shows as Junction Point in MX. So if you get something to work for tracking, pls share so I'll know how to do it when I get a #
