That carbon fiber wrap is a cover and got it from AOSK. They have a matte finish (that's what I have) and a glossy. I didn't like the glossy black trim either. Show dirt and dust very fast.

I changed my order on the dial covers cuz I traded my select for a GT and wanted the bronze color, so my order number changed to #173. So hopefully soon. I'm thinking that is my last mod, if you guys stop giving me ideas

Yep. I wish we could toggle rounded corners on/off as a setting. I go back and forth between black bg with squared corners and a normal wallpaper with round corners.

I noticed that my order partially shipped. The start button did not ship. I noticed that @markboris didn't have the start button either. Did you not order it? Or was there an issue with them? Seems like that will cost a lot for him to ship parts of orders.

Yeah me too -- my silver knobs shipped Thursday and are already in LA waiting for the non-Royal USPS to deliver to me. ... But without the red start button I also ordered.

Yes I did order one and yes they are delayed. Kevin and I decided it was best to ship out the dial covers so as not to delay those any longer than they had been. He has to eat the extra shipping it will cost him but not having an exact date on the start button covers he thought it was best. They should be coming soon though.

It looks like my package is out for delivery today! Thinking of the install, it made me realize that I may not be able to replace my screen protector after I put the volume button on. @markboris can you confirm? Seems like the opening on all the screen protectors offered is just big enough to allow it go over the exiting volume knob, but this new one would be too wide, I think?

You are correct. Since the cover is larger than the OEM dial, your screen protector won't fit over it. You can always take the dial cover off although it might take a bit of persuading. Never taken one off before but it is not glued on so should come off with some force and doubt it would ruin the OEM dial.

GT Bronze/Copper knobs installed! This photo was taken in my garage at night, so I think the knobs will look a bit different in daylight. Unfortunately I’ll not know until January as I least tomorrow for a trip!
