11/7/22 Build Week Thread for 2023 MME's

FC told me my car was at ramp 6R yesterday morning, dealer called at 1pm to let me know they just unloaded it. Either that was a really fast road trip or FC has no clue. Guessing its not FC's fault it the tracking system in place.

Original build was 10/31 moved to 11/7 actual build 11/8 ETA was 12/17-12-/23

Finally got a rail car # from FC. Norfolk Southern has the car in Pittsburgh- looks like the end is near!

Yes! Mine originated at Ventura ford that closed and transferred over to price ford.

Well, this is not good. I see my delivery date has been pushed out again, now Dec 31 - Jan 6th (was Dec 6-12). I also see that on the spreadsheet
that of the 20 cars destine for California in batch 9217, only one has arrived. Of course once someone takes delivery they might not care about this thread anymore and not update their status.
Time to start writing another poem about how the Grinch Stole Christmas and my 2022 tax credit.

Last day of ETA delivery range (Dec 14-20). Hoping it doesn't get pushed back. No email or status change on the Ford tracking website yet. Last status from the dealer was it was on its way to Louisville, KY, but that was 6 days ago.

I‘m in batch 9217 and still waiting. My ETA has slipped twice in the last 2 weeks and now is 12/19 to 12/25.

I’ve also looked at window stickers online via Ford.com for 23 models in CA and have not seen a single car from batch 9217 at a dealer.

Hmm…dealer told me mine is in Richmond, but hasn’t made it to the dealer yet (WC). Did you mean arrived in CA, or at the dealer? I’m a 9217. I can’t be the only one ?. I’ll check the spreadsheet and make sure I’m updated in a while this am.

When I referred to the spreadsheet (thanks Nancy), I guess we are talking delivery to the person at the dealership. My dealership in Morgan Hill hasn’t even told me my car is in Richmond, but I am pretty sure it’s with the cars bound for Walnut Creek. I’m following that group to track my car.

My car is in Richmond as well and has been there for 2+ weeks.

Well, today is 12/20 and I should be getting my MME. Let's see if the delivery dates they gave me are right. (12/20 - 12/26)

For anyone in Denver area, my Dealer has 2 MME coming in, in my name. Don't know how they screwed up.
1 MME is already here if someone wants to take the tax credit benefit.

I ordered myself a Model Y which surprisingly ended up costing less than the Mach-E.

Original ETA to dealer 12/11. Changed twice with newest ETA between 12/19 - 12/25.

Even with the car 30 miles away I was 50/50 on a 2022 purchase. Hope those of you looking for a 2022 delivery end up receiving your cars prior to the end of the year.

And someone asked the definition of delivery date. I made mine the day I picked it up. The dealer supposedly had it a day or two before that but I don't know that for sure. If you're pick up date is close to the date that you dealer received the car it doesn't really matter. If you had to delay your pickup date for some reason then I would put the day it was delivered to the dealer.

luckily you were just looking at the wrong window stickers - i've counted at least 10 9217s headed for WC ford over the last 2 weeks.
