Hi Everyone,

I was hoping someone could look up my VIN and get information related to software, maps, and whether BlueCruise is installed.

I have BlueCruise showing up in the Ford Pass app connected services, however, it doesn't look like the maps are installed on the vehicle itself and the option for Hands Free Lane Centering doesn't show up as an option to select.

My VIN is 3FMTK3R77MMA36906.

None of these have anything to do with whether BlueCruise works or not.

Check your Sync About page to see when your maps expire.

If that date has passed there is a TSB out for the dealer tech to follow to correct that.

Among the powertrain, body controller, Bluetooth, and driver's seat updates you also have the 'trifecta' of a gateway (GWM), telematics modem (TCU), and a APIM (Sync ) update. Great things are in store for you....if you can get somebody to update all that....

The maps expiration is where I run into a wall based on other troubleshooting tips. I have no indication of any maps on the about page. Any ideas?

Yup...the 4 door modules are still there, and now you have the OBCC that we all got (all model years) last week. The OBCC controls fast charging.

I doubt the dealer will do these before delivery. Are these items I should worry about getting the 2 day license and perform myself(they would be the 1st ones I have ever done) or should I wait for more updates?

I think I would wait. I know those door modules were "reverted" back to the "-AH" revision from the "-AL" revision you have now because some "issues were reported". I don't know what the issues were and I personally never experienced issues with the "-AL" revision for the few weeks I had it, before reverting mine back to the original "-AH" rev we all had before that.

And the OBCC update is (always) to correct some fast charging issue, and in some cases, a fast charging issue with some specific brand of charger. It doesn't affect home charging on AC. I don't know what that issue was supposed to correct but every model year has that same update in thier list when checked.
