Thanks @Mike G & Happy New Year to you too!Good morning and Happy New Year!
Here's the list of what's currently available:

A couple of notes...you are on one of the oldest versions of Sync software I've seen in a while (MU5T-14G676-CB), but you do have an APIM update (Sync) in the list to be done, could get done by OTA but at this point it's doubtful that will happen. It will likely take a tech to do it in the shop.
That PCM update sitting out there by itself is odd. Because usually it's accompanied by the rest of it's powertrain buddies (SOBDM, SOBDMB, SOBDMC, BECM, etc.) so either they did the rest of them and this one didn't update successfully or something else is going on.
The OBCC is the update for DC fast charging that all Ford BEVs got about two weeks ago, and that GSM update is for those experiencing errors with their gearshift knob.
Looking at the screenshot from the last time you checked for me, it seems some updates were reversed, like OBCC & PCM? Or maybe there’s been an further update since October?
I’ll call the dealer Monday morning to discuss it with them, they told me EVERYTHING was updated. As for Sync4, it seems have got stuck installing 1.7.1. It says it’s updated but none of the features are there such as notes. But as I said they were aware of that and told me they had it resolved.
At this stage and if I’m being honest I’m sadly done with the Mach-E and Ford’s crappy service, which is a shame because I really do like the car and everything it should offer. I’ve owned the car for 229 days and to date it’s spent 77 of those in the garage .. that’s over 1/3! ?
It certainly looks that way. I told them my Sync was stuck, and when I collected the car on Thursday evening I was told everything (including Sync) was up to date. They told me a specialist field technician was brought in to do the job. That OBCC just came out for all Mach-E and Lightning vehicles about two weeks ago. All of them. All model years.
The PCM is never usually a standalone item....it normally is accompanied by other powertrain modules to ensure everything syncs up.
So you're saying that your service tech never did the procedure to get you beyond the Sync version you have now? Do they have all the extra network adapters and USB cables the procedure called for that Ford didn't supply? They can likely get them at PowerCity. All the US dealers had to buy their own from places like Amazon.
Fords customer care rep also told me the dealer working on my car was the dedicated EV specialist for this area. With regards to cables etc.. I’ve no idea what they have, but I think it’s reasonable to assume if they’re the dedicated EV repairers they would have them?
