📲 FordPass App 4.25.0 released w/ Charge Rate Indicator!

The EA 350 charger I used on Tuesday did how what MME was requesting. The amount being delivered was the same 93kw. Of course I have no idea if that is correct.

This is normal for most charging station. We are waiting for Ford to include this data in the car itself for chargers that don't show rate.

Live charge rate is probably second behind frunk button on my FordPass wishlist, so I won't look this particular gift horse in the mouth.

Hopefully they give this app icon designer a shot at the updated Sync interface as well.

I believe they changed the newer EA units to show what is requested/delivering now.

It's weird partial icon update. I've never seen an app do this, so I wonder if they simply didn't update all the icons in the AppIcon image assets. All this after reinstalling the watch app and restarting the watch and iPhone.

New Logo:
* iPhone -> Main app (when not in a folder)
* iPhone -> Main app (when in a folder and that folder is opened)
* iPhone -> Main App (when in a folder and folder is not opened; after restarting phone)
* iPhone -> Watch Settings -> "Installed on Apple Watch"
* Watch -> App Listing
* Watch -> First loading when opening app.

Old Logo:
* iPhone -> Watch Settings -> Watch Face display (if app is a complication)
* Watch -> As a complication

The watch app is technically a different app. They must not have updated the watch apps icon. This might have been intentional though. The new phone app icon has very small text. That would be illegible on the watch Home Screen.

Well... yes and no. I like the new icon, but now I have to rearrange the apps on my phone, so this darker icon doesn't look out of place. ?

Had to run the defrost for a moment to get it to charge.

It's not on the IPC but the charge rate is available now. That should make a few people happy.

Now what would be really nice is if they added a button to say Ignore the schedule and charge NOW!

they sorta have that... it's the "Charge to 100%" button. It will start charging if it is plugged in waiting for the schedule.
