FordPass App 5.7.0 Released

When I got the extended warranty from Granger, I was told that after couple days, it would show up in FordPass. I never checked and now it is not there.

Same thing with mine. I actually called Granger to ask why it wasn't showing and they told me it was because of changes that Ford made on the backend. They weren't sure when or if that would change.

Mine updated Friday night even though 5.7 wasn't showing as available in play store. Also giving the temperature adjustment screen when remotely activating the climate. Nice update.

Upon further review I noticed that the Plug and Charge slide is now off, and cannot be turned back on. It was previously on and functional. Thoughts?

I got this advice from Ford rep here but I do not have such tab "Warranty" in "Service"



You can view Extended Service Plans in the Fordpass App. Below is how to do so:

1. Log in to the FordPass App.
2. Select Vehicle on the bottom of the homescreen.
3. Tap the Service tab.
4. Select Warranty and then Ford Protect Extended Service Plans.
   • If the customer's plan does not display, advise their first and last name on the app's profile and on the Ford Protection Plan must match exactly.
   • Clicking the down arrow next to the Ford Protect plan title will display additional plan information.

Careful what you wish for. I got 5.7 last night and now my remote climate control no longer works. I tried clearing cache, reinstalling, restarting my phone, etc. Thanks, Ford.

This went away with the 5.x version of FordPass. I have the Granger one too, saw it in 4.x, then it disappeared. Hopefully Ford will put it back.

I now have 5.7 but can't adjust the temp when remote starting. I have an android. Does anyone else have this feature? Thanks.

I was about to say I don't have anything like that (climate controls) on my 5.7.0 installed version. But it didn't occur to me that those controls only appear after you start the remote climate feature. After starting the climate remotely, I do have the climate controls.

I just tried the remote climate turn on from the FordPass app from my Pixel Watch 3 for the first time just now and all it does is honk the horn a couple of times. The climate never turns on.
