Are those defects or I'm just too picky?

After a year of using my mach e I started noticing some imperfections on the car body. For example the rear bumper ends on the passenger side there is a little gap

Here is the driver side taken at the same angle for comparison. It looks almost perfect

If you were fine with these imperfections for the first year, I recommend going back to that frame of mind.

My trunk hatch on my ’21 is also not aligned very well, looks similar to yours. I pointed it out when I was picking it up. Dealer was trying to manually align it on the spot. Everything else looks great. I have no problem with it.

I'd suggest trading it for a Tesla. Then once you see what real panel gaps are like, you'll feel better about all of your future vehicles.

Normal, it's for wind noise.

Adjustable via the (probably gray now) wedge bumpers.

Slight bit up will push the hatch towards the other side of the car. My two bumpers barley touch my hatch. See the left 'column' is the only one clean, that's the only one touching on my car. I might try to nudge them just a hair and see if it does anything for road noise.

The deck lid isn't touching in any pictures. I would bet money someone bumped you in a parking lot.
