Some owners have this is while charging but mine has this issue when under acceleration three times now and would operate under reduced power. Twice the dealer was flummoxed and just reset it. I got Ford involved when it happened a third time and I might have a long term fix. They replaced a junction box the and dealer charged $2k to Ford under warranty repairs. From the invoice " verified concern, pulled DTC's found POADE in BECM, Performed PPT, B1 Cleared codes" and " 12651D54 Junction Box-High Voltage Battery" appears to be the part they replaced.

I did see that and it gave me a headache trying to read it but it looks like its not the same trigger as mine come during acceleration but it could be the same core issue. Thanks for your reply.
Anything that causes a huge amount of current to flow through the contactors can cause the issue.
If your acceleration requires 200HP, that's 350 to 400A, depending on battery state, etc. That’s higher than charging at 125KW.
