I called and the guy said I wasn’t on the system... blood drained from my face... turns out he mentioned on his list of orders, which is divided up with other sales reps... and I’ll be getting a call back once he moves me onto his list and steals his colleagues sale... I think? Either way, I’m waiting on a call back ?

So, some more updates. Firstly, gutted for me... ordered on the 11th Jan 2020 but build date is only 8th Feb with delivery 15th May ??? He said it could be earlier, but I think he could hear the joy leaving my soul and wanted to cheer me up.

As far as converting orders etc, he told me that the website will all go live on the 15th and the entire process happens online, we won’t have much dealing with the dealership really.

I did ask about cancelled orders... he said if the car is built and shipped and the order cancelled, that the cars becomes the dealership car to do with as they please... so here is to hoping someone with the same spec but earlier delivery date cancels ??????????

If build date tomorrow is correct then there are 3 ships leaving Veracruz going to Antwerp later this month. I am thinking they will then get transhipped to a ship to Southampton or possibly Tilbury from the vehicle holding centre near Flushing. ETD's from Veracruz are 20/12, 26/12 and 28/12 arriving Antwerp 12/1, 19/1 and 20/1. I seem to remember that on the presentation a while ago it did say that production would be based on preorder date and NOT reservation number so if @Wonky_Donkey was December I will have a few more days to wait

Let me know when you have an idea on your build date... I’m so confused as to how orders that are only 18 days apart = build dates that are 3 months apart!? Also... where is the UK FE Mach Drop they used Idris Elba for?? FFS ?

Thats not good. Puts me back to June/July which in my opinion is NOT early or spring 2021

Apologies that our conversion date has slipped slightly. We will be inviting you to convert in the coming week.
Please be assured that this has no impact on production and delivery timings and we are still on track to have the first UK vehicles arriving from Mid-March onwards.
