Can someone let me know about this VIN. I just picked it up from the dealer asking to have everything updated and my screen still shows stuck on 4.1.2.
They said I need to wait for the OTA’s to come as the replaced the battery due to low voltage.

27 Feb '22 build date.

They updated the HVAC, ACM, and OBCC on the 29th.

You have the latest version of APIM software (Sync) as well as the latest TCU update and are one rev behind on the GWM (gateway) updates, but you don't show an available update in your list for that, so it's not being pushed to your car yet. You really aren't that "out of date".

And you cannot correlate what the "Check Updates" status screen tells you with the actual state of your updates if some or most of those updates are done using FDRS.

I do all my own updates, and am completely up to date as of yesterday, but my "Check Updates" page says OTA 4.2.4 is "Not Completed"....cause I updated the TCU using FDRS instead. And that page will stay that way until another OTA comes along that replaces that info.

Here's the list of updates this morning...and there is an OBCC update in there, but I'm pretty sure it just didn't clear off the list after it was updated by the tech. It will eventually disappear (this happens sometimes). It did show in the session log that the OBCC did successfully update.

You do have a GWM update in your list that should be the one that is being reported as OTA 5.1.1.
Hopefully that OTA will show up for you soon.

Here's the list of available software updates today:

Since you have "-LKC" revision of the gateway software now, this next one should be the "-NAE" revision and that's the one that is OTA 5.1.1.

Well if I were to guess, I'd say it's probably the GWM module. But you didn't say what OTA wasn't completed, so I really don't know. You currently show "-LKB" as your GWM rev. so "-LKC" should be what's next for you on the GWM.
