If you have 20,000 miles or more, what is the SoH of your HVB?

I just changed my vote because, like Todd, the SoH of the battery has increased. Mine is now steady at 93% over the last couple months.

@PedroDaGr8, what is the SoH of your battery? You voted for the lowest number in the survey, and nobody else is even close.

Per my ODBII scanner, 75%. It dropped really suddenly from 99.5% after one of the updates about a month ago and it hasn't changed back. I'll at a loss about what caused it but it seemed to overlap with the same time when I can't DCFC over 40ish kw/h.

Wow!

Have you had a diagnosis? Is an array falling over?

Can you post a screen shot of the reading from CarScanner? Also, what is the battery Energy kWh at 100% SoCD?

If I were you, I would take it to the dealer and get the battery fully tested. That SoH is way, way too low for any MME regardless of the mileage.

I'll post a screenshot when I'm back home. I've been traveling for the holiday weekend. I'll talk to the dealership about the testing the battery health. The car had 1200 miles on it when I purchased it in early August, so I really wouldn't expect this bad of a battery.

Three months in and 6600 kms later and my HVB SOH sits at 99%. I am currently forced to use DCFC about twice a week otherwise Level 2 daily…

Reassuring to note there once may have been a 100%?

I shouldn’t worry about the DCFC usage; around 25% of my c22,000kWh of charge power is by DCFC so is likely to be greater than 25% of the 510 charge connections are made by DCFC in 68,000miles & 28 months and my SoH is still 96%.

Hope that’s of interest.

My SoH recently dropped to 92.5% from 93. The car is at 35,000 miles now. Not doing much DCFC, but I have taken a couple trips that required it.

Sitting at 12,250 kms now and HVBSOH SITTING AT 96% already. Don’t know enough to determine if this is abnormal.

I do use DCFC’ s about 80% of the time because I do not have a house yet to hook up my level to home charger.

I’m inclined to think one can overthink and worry too much about things.

Very occasional DCFC unlikely to have an effect.

See my attached report on total power usage and split between home charges at 11kW and DCFCs!

I’m currently running at 94% HV SoH.

Range not frighteningly reducing, in fact hardly noticeable.

AND I charge to 100% virtually every charge at home.

The very odd time I know I’m not going out the day following a charge, I will set my 3-phase ABB 22kW charger to stop charging around an hour earlier than I think it would reach 100% which probably stops it at around 90%.

Never leave it at 100% charged in garage after an overnight charge is the only rule I charge by.

I read the individual cell Voltages and there’s a 0.07% difference between highest & lowest Voltages so no dramas there.

So, worry not!

May the Ford be with you?
