I’ve heard a lot of stories about Juicebox charging starting and stopping and doing weird things ever since they moved to the enelXway app and platform. I can’t even login to that new hot garbage app and gave up after support tried to fix my account numerous times and then stopped answering me. I killed the internet connection on it and made it a dumb charger and it works flawlessly now. Long story short - it may not be the car. Try another charger and see if it does the same thing or block the internet to yours and see if it resolves.

They believe that some will not notice and/or not care so they will get away with it and save some coin. All about the money it appears.

Have to say this move by @Ford Motor Company is up their with their ethics on the HVBJB. Hoping most drive like their grandma and therefore will not need to replace them all (unless they are forced). Put your trust in them with their new tech expecting decency and getting a year with a defective HVBJB and now going on a half a year with a defective charging port. Top notch, really classy outfit. My service has been avoiding me like I have Covid.
