Hi Mike, in two years of ownership I’ve just been informed in the FordPass app that I’ve received my first OTA. Priority Update 23-PU0205-PR-FX which is related to Alexa. Interestingly, I’ve had Alexa since January as my dealer installed it via FDRS. Could you post a screenshot of my OTA Dashboard and list of outstanding updates in FDRS for me please? You do have the APIM in your list that will be OTA 6.2.0 when it gets pushed to your car...but for now I understand that 6.2.0 rollout has been paused due to some issue.

I no longer have the ability to view other people's OTA Dashboards

But I can show you what available updates you have, and advise that if you got this gateway module updated that things might start to move along for you again:

I would appreciate the date for 3FMTK3R71NMA31637 . The latest Ford Power-Up is 5.1.1 and i have received notices for customer satisfaction programs 22B28 and 23B50. When I called Ford about those they indicated they had been implemented.

I have also received notices from Ford for Campaign #22B28 (HVAC) and #23B50 (Charge Cord). I am running on Power Up 6.4, so I thought (perhaps mistakenly) that the 6.4 OTA update would have included these issues.

Yes...anytime I see both a gateway and an APIM update in the same available software list I know something's not right.

You should either try to get your dealer tech to update your gateway and APIM to get you beyond where you are now or if they won't do that then you should open a case with Ford and see if they can persuade your dealer tech to do it. I think this needs some intervention to get sorted.

Just got my 10k Service and Dealer did a bunch of updates. Not sure if that should have included latest Powerup (6.6 I think?), but I'm still on 6.1. Not sure if I'll eventually get it OTA or if Dealer missed a needed update. Can anyone confirm? Thanks!

Nope...they did it all...everything.

They seemed preoccupied with doing the BlueCruise prep tool repeatedly. Dunno what that was about. You only need to do that once to make sure that after all the updates are done to enable BC that the car is configured for it. But they hit that button several times on the 3rd of Nov.

I guess they were just "making sure" ? ?‍

You won't get OTA 6.6.0.....they did it with FDRS. All the powertrain updates...that's what 6.6.0 is. You're done until whatever the next thing is that comes along.
