Which files are included with the PCM update? I think I’ll update everything else tomorrow and leave those files for the OTA.

In your list they would be the PCM, ABS, BECM, SOBDM, and SOBDMC.

Does anybody mind checking VIN 3FMTK2R71MMA10022 for the BCM and GFM updates? I just got off the phone with my dealer asking about updating those modules and they tell me that they are fully updated. I've got a 2021 Job 1 with an unworking frunk button. He tells me that my car is "fully caught up and doesn't have any updates"

You must have been talking to a service advisor. They can't see the list of available updates in FDRS because they don't use FDRS...just the techs use that. Service advisors use PTS and the OTA Dashboard. And 99% of the time the OTA Dashboard says there's "nothing to see, move along"...

You have both a BCM and GFM in your list of available software:

Just so you know (I should have said something earlier), that APIM update is the OTA 6.2.0 that the OTA team has put on pause due to some unintended issues when they rolled it out to a few people. I got that OTA and really haven't noticed anything...but I don't use Alexa or the Ford voice thing anyway...I believe those were the problem areas.

Same, I have the Alexa icon and dont use Alexa. For the Ford voice commands I just use simple ones like "Call Jane Doe" which work without issue. Thanks again for the help.

On the 15th it looks like they worked on updating your APIM (at least once):

That second APIM entry ended as soon as it began according to the timestamp, so not sure what they did there.

On the 16th is when they updated just about everything else you had in your list and somethings they updated more than once (like the gateway):

But you still have an APIM update in your available software list and it looks like the revision of the APIM software you're running now is pretty old (like before the Sync UI changeover), would that be right?

I don't know what they've told you but they either need to finish the job of updating your APIM (Sync) and if they can't get it to update they should order you a replacement (if it's "stuck").

Bear in mind that once that APIM update is done another might immediately pop up (going from 980 to 1049). That list would be enough to justify a weekend license for me.

I'm a little confused. 2022 GTP, April build, non-EA, got 6.1 OTA few weeks ago. Earlier this week I did all outstanding updates via FDRS and several have posted that I shouldn't expect to get 6.6 OTA because FDRS got me there already. Got the OTA alert for 6.6 this morning and it's updating now.

Unless....this is that same thing that I've had happen twice now with APIM updates...where I did the update with FDRS, and a little while later on a drive I got a message that an OTA for that same update had been successful. Other than that I don't know. I did the powertrain updates yesterday myself with FDRS, so if I get a message about 6.6.0 I'll certainly let you know.
