That is why perks like these should not be placed in “premium” parking spots. Less chance of jerks occupying the spot if it were in the north 40.

Imagine having a free Level 2 charger in a premium parking spot at your apartment complex, but jerks with ICE vehicles keep taking it when your battery is low.

Let's not talk about the "North 40." That's where I park when I'm not charging to avoid door dents.

I've had two vehicles hit by old geezers in the North 40. One by a preacher at 2 a.m., who was likely drunk. The other is by a 77-year-old clown trying to drive a Penske moving van.

To his credit, the preacher sat in his car waiting until I walked the dog that morning. The clown in the Penske who didn't take the insurance, tried to pull a hit-and-run.

Did I mention he hit two other cars and an overhead awning before departing for California, where he hit other cars on the way?

Moving to California? Didn't know people still did that.

When I lived in an apartment building our management used those really nasty stickers they put on windshield so you can't drive because you can't see anything. After spending an hour trying to get it off you lose any desire to illegally park again.

You may suffer twice. He may get you towed. I knew one hole who parked his motorcycle just to keep a parking spot for himself. When arriving in his car he would move the motorcycle to the side, and parking in that spot. When somebody else parked a car next to his motorcycle on that spot he would call a tow company complaining that somebody blocked his motorcycle.

An extension is still a good idea from the photo it looks like it's next to handicapped parking so the one spot over likely wouldn't work

One place I worked a long time ago had red stickers they’d place on the driver window that require a lot of effort to remove. Not vandalism, but as close as you can legally get to it.
