OTA dashboard shows no recent OTA action. The "sync" tab in PTS shows the last APIM OTA your car got was on 10/21/2022, but it does not show any details as to which OTA is was.

PTS shows 6.3.0 went through fine on 11/30. You had two OTA's sent and failed with the same error code since then. It is unclear (to me anyway) why the OTA's failed, as the error code is a generic one that my guess only Ford engineers know that they mean.

Oh yea! The OTA trigger was sent to you 7 minutes after I took that screenshot and downloaded and installed 28 minutes later.

You are getting pretty backed up.

The first thing that needs to happen is that GWM (gateway) needs to be updated before anything else will show up.

That P0ADA code is indicative of an HVBJB either on the way out or having failed. Sorry to see that (same code I had during my Service Vehicle Soon period). ??

Thanks for the feedback. I made it 26,500 miles but I guess it’s my time for the HVBJB adventure. Fortunately there’s lots of info about the issue on this forum and I‘ve been following the advice on other threads. I hope the turnaround time is better now than before.
