Thank you for checking. I am going through the steps to contact the BEV team at Ford as well as my local dealer to get this fixed.

Just the TCU. Edit: I read it wrong....it is 6.3.0.

The FSA may still be open and they'd like to get paid for it...but you have no powertrain updates in your list because the OTA updated them. You don't need to go in unless you want to try and make a deal that they'll update your CMR and GFM for free while the car is in there.

Thank you. I'll call and ask about updating the CMR and GFM. If they won't, I'll cancel the appointment.
Update: Called and they wouldn't promise they could update any modules not tied to a Ford service update so I cancelled the appointment.

PTS shows 6.3.0 went through fine on 11/30. You had two OTA's sent and failed with the same error code since then. It is unclear (to me anyway) why the OTA's failed, as the error code is a generic one that my guess only Ford engineers know that they mean.
