Hi, I could read on the SYNC screen the release notes of the OTA update 4.2.2.1 but it did'nt install and no failed update message appeared.
Is it possible to check my VIN WF0TK3SSXMMA37563 to see if the download has been completed or not or something else is pending?

PTS shows it did not install. The error code as to why it failed is in the screenshot below. I do not know what the error code means. The previous time it failed, it failed because the OTA trigger timed out before the install took place. It seems like the car is being driven, so I cam confused as to why it didn't attempt to install because PTS does show it downloaded all the files. Failed OTA's are very difficult to diagnose in terms of why they fail or why they don't do what they are supposed to do.

GWM updates are important because they have been known to unlock other updates.

30 minutes ago when jumped in the car OTA Ford Power-Up 4.2.1.2 was installed.
Maybe that’s the GWM update?
Can someone check my VIN again?

I am sure you do. However, I don't work for Ford anymore and IT at my current dealer won't allow me to install FDRS on my work PC, so I cannot check FDRS until I get home to my laptop much later today. If nobody else does it for you between now and then, I will provide the list in the evening.

Modules updated by the dealer are below. OTA dashboard confirms what you already now. The last power-up update you got was 4.2.5 and then a few priority updates after that. Your car seems fine. You just need to wait for the OTA gods to deem you worthy of the next update.

I have been able to log in just fine. Many people have reported login issues with FDRS when using windows 11 and the 38.x.x versions of FDRS. I would suggest trying the 37.4.7 version. You can get it from the link below:
