The adaptor depicted in the above pictures, looks different from the ones that are already available.
Is this adaptor capable of 350A or 500A. Will find out soon. At least, it is looking like we will be able to use the Tesla superchargers by the end of February, I hope.

Good question. Although I have a Lectron adapter for almost 2 years. Hotels have Tesla destination chargers and I wanted to be able to use them while on road trips.

Should work with both, it's just the signaling with an adapter like that. It would tell it to use the DC pins or the AC pins

From the image, the adapter is missing the J1772 AC pins - it only has the protective earth and communication pins. So no AC charging, at least with this particular adapter.

Wow, so impressed that ford is giving this to owners instead of making them pay for it. They could easily have charged for it and a lot of us would buy it. Ford just keeps impressing me with how they are handling the EV space. Now if they would just make a three row suv ev I would have two ford electric vehicles!
