My last OTA was the radio presets one back in August. I even contacted Ford and they said there is nothing queued for my 2022 Premium Extended battery. The car has so many bugs that's driving me nuts. Drive mode not available, mirrors that don't unfold, headlights that take 15 minutes to turn off, Bluetooth connection that doesn't work most of the time. I can't take it anymore.
End of rant.

Any tips?

Most of that should be warranty. OTA’s just bring new features. All the existing features should work, and if they don’t, that’s a warranty claim. Given the number of items you have, I would check out your state’s lemon law.

I am in the same boat with the updates. Last one was August 7 and was the radio presets one.

Take it to the dealership and they can do all available updates. But if your issue is the same as mine, it won’t fix your OTA. PM me for details.

I would start with the dealer though. Almost everything you listed is software related. You already HAVE to go to the dealer for the multiple recalls on your car. I had them do the updates while it was there for the recalls.

For the headlights, that happens when the switch gets turned off from “auto.” Known bug and there is a fix.

Workaround is when you open your door and you hear the “ding” from headlights left on, turn the switch back to auto.

I too have had no updates since August. Basically none of the 6.X series. However; I have exactly zero issues so I have no complaints. I even moved my speedometer to the middle just to see what all the hub-bub was about!

OTAs once again started rolling out this week. There were two priority updates (those with a PU other numbering). We should start seeing general release of these and many others over the next few weeks. In the FWIW department I received updates on Wednesday and again on Friday. Those both installed without issue.

Are your mirrors set to auto-unfold? Look in the vehicle settings.

How long is your car set to leave the headlights on? That's in the settings, too.

Have you checked the manual for these things?

My issue is different. Keep in mind, that’s 7 months of no updates and I’m EA.

Didn’t even get 5.1, let alone any of thr 6. Updates.

Info from someone who read my VIN-

“
“
You have a "-LKB" revision of the gateway module software. That, I believe, is what's keeping further updates from becoming available for your car. I'm pretty confident that is what's keeping you from getting further updates. Updates for the gateway (GWM) went from the -LKB that you have to -LKC, and then to PAE. And in between GWM updates other software updates were made available for Sync and the TCU and things like the IPC, etc.”

Long story short- it’s a server side issue from Ford. No clue when they’ll fix it but the dealer can do nothing about it other than force updates that are “available.”

But the gateway update will to fix me isn’t available.

Same boat here with no updates since August (21 GTPGE). Also had send out a question if someone could take a look at my VIN and the info I got back was that the gateway module was way out of date and the likely cause. Was going in for the HVB recall plus the service program updates and hoping they could force the gateway module update.

Found it sad that the Lightning I had got a pretty continuous stream of updates (on the order of one a week at least) to fix small things here and there and Mach-E is sitting there just waiting for months. Really not the best image from Ford if you keep reading about updates and not getting them for whatever reason.

If it’s the gateway module like mine (21 GTPE), dealer couldn’t force that update because there was no update pending for it.

Supposedly Ford has to fix on the server side. Let me know if you find out different.

The dealer did do like 15 updates early Jan for me, but I’m still not up to date. For example, I don’t have the 6.8 move my speedometer thing everyone complained about.
