hi, I'm in France and I'm having an update problem with my car, this one and on 4.2.1.2 since December 21, old interface. after contacting Ford they tell me that they have not tried to send me new updates! and they consider that my car is up to date while other people are already 6.4 or more. If anyone can tell me more or help me thank you in advance

I'm working through whether I have an OTA updating problem. I've recently updated via FDRS all available. I still haven't received the 6.14 update via OTA. Can someone please check if I have any pending OTA's and if the APIM is available in FDRS? Thanks as I have regular maintenance scheduled tomorrow and deciding if I bring up lack of OTA or if my last round of updates "broke free" the OTA's.

Can someone please help me with checking my Mach-E's OTA status. I got the tesla supercharging update but dont have charge assist feature. I think I may have missed many OTA even though I take it for drive everyday and try to keep 12v charged.

OTA history shows you had an APIM update fail many times. You did have the 4.x.x updates sent to you and are waiting to be added to the roll-out schedule for the 6.x.x updates.

Nothing recent and nothing in the queue but you do have the HVJB recall notice (23S56). So they'll do the powertrain update at that time I'm sure.

Yea, that's what it says. Release notes on the older updates are known to be less than helpful in many cases.

You do have an APIM (Sync) update in your available software list (the one that did not download as an OTA), as well as a lot of other updates.

I would take the car in for service and tell them specifically..."My car is not processing or downloading OTAs. If you check my OTA history you'll see that an APIM update failed repeatedly. I'd like my car diagnosed to find out why the updates are not downloading. Please update my car to the current software revision levels". You can try that, I don't know if it will work, but you can try that.

You have quite a few updates that should have already have processed by now as OTAs.

Your car is not up to date. And in fact, due to software dependencies, if all of these available module updates were programmed...even more would appear in your list to be done next.

Et en fait, en raison des dépendances logicielles, si toutes ces mises à jour de modules disponibles étaient programmées... encore plus apparaîtraient dans votre liste à faire ensuite.

La dernière date était le 21 décembre 2023 4.2.1.2 et rien depuis. Ford me dit qu'ils n'ont pas poussé d'autres mises à jour sur mon véhicule.

Mais vous avez toujours une mise à jour du module APIM disponible à installer qui devrait avoir été traitée maintenant. Je crois que d'autres mises à jour de votre liste peuvent empêcher cela.
