When I did all the updates lol. I did more when you were basking in the sun. It broke it at that point when I got the pretty new icons . I am now on Sync 23352 Revision 122

I think if you do the IPMA update, it disabled the extra features in the asbuilt, which is why the switches turn on and then turn right back off. Sync just sees it can't enable them and goes back to disabled.

I think this was done so they could push the update and then quickly flip the switch on for those features on cars that didn't have them before, but accidentally let it disable it on cars that already had them.

As I have said before: Anything you may want to send me for my help, I would forward it to the person that has the knowledge to actually fix things. While I have become very good at finding vehicles with problems, I do not know how to fix them.

Would running a PMI and saying no reapply the as-built data?

So this is another one of those where the software update took...but the config didn't. Like the folks who were experiencing 6hr IPMA updates that never finished.

You don't have to do that...just run the config tool by itself.

Well I had the GWM update pop up for me today but not the APIM after it was installed.
Hopefully it shows up now in a few days.

Correct.

Btw: When the PMI asks if you have the original module and you select yes, it will load original AB data. If you select no, it will load the latest available compatible data. I have been told by people that know a lot more about this than I do that when doing a PMI, you always select "no" to that question.

In her case, when she updated the IPMA a few weeks ago, everything was fine. It's when she did the new APIM update that the config got wiped. I've seen this happen a few people lately. Not sure what's causing it, but the fix is easy enough with FORScan.
