Could I have someone check my VIN?

3FMTK3SU3PMA03843

last update I got was 03/06/2024 - 23-PU1113-UNX-DC

I've see lost of messages about other priority updates; but haven't seen them download to our MME.
Nothing has been sent to you since then. The car seems fine though; just gotta wait for them to send you another one.

No OTA history on your vehicle, so not sure where they got that from. Based on the codes your car is reporting, you look like a prime candidate for the attached TSB. Unofficial list of modules pending update is below.

Oh, manual updates? I though you meant OTA. Either way, they were wrong and didn't read the full tech notes. The APIM update failed initially, but they went back and updated all modules. Vehicle history on 11/16 and 11/17 shows they did a bunch of module updates.

It never ceases to amaze me how poorly trained these customer service reps are.

Thanks for the clarification.

Is it reasonable that a car built 11/22 would not have a single OTA?
Is it reasonable that I'm still on Power-Up 4.2.4?
and my Sync 4 is version 23031_Product rev. 713?

Reasonable? IMO, no, but you aren't alone. The dealer did a lot of updates for you, so there are a lot of OTA's you won't get since you already have them. You are showing the correct updates needed to progress further. It just seems like your VIN is not part of an active OTA roll out plan, but everything seems fine from what I can see as far as your is concerned.

Could one of you look up 3FMTK3SU9PMA04978 in FDRS for me? PTS shows a bunch of them pending, but I feel like I did many of those updates a month ago.

Hi, I have a 2021 job 2 GT that is getting small updates but none of the recent numbered releases. I am curious what FDRS shows if someone has time:

Got a call from the local Ford dealer and they want to come out tomorrow and do the CSP 23B50. My latest update is 24-PV0121-FTDI-FX. I'm wondering if it's already been done OTA. Searched and can't get a good take on which OTA actually includes 23B50. Is this something that could be verified?

Hi @Mike G, you helped me via your reply some days before, as I could instruct my dealer to look for some modules. Now I got the car back and they told me that they updated 11 modules. I have no reason to doubt in what they said, as they have served me very well in the past. But I am curious if they may have left something untouched. If possible, could you please take another quick look?
=> WF0TK1E78NMA09192

Another question, more to the mechanism of the OTA updates:
If my dealer now did the updates manually, let's say for the HVAC, and an OTA update is scheduled for me that also shall touch this module, will this update then be skipped silently? Or will I still see a message that I received an OTA (although the HVAC most likely will not be flashed again with the same code)?
Your available software list is empty. They did everything.

And any OTAs that might have updated those same modules are now Overcome By Events (OBE) and will be skipped.

So Gimme is saying not to do the powertrain modules right now (but won't say why).

So that leaves you with the GWM, (25mins), CMR (50 mins), IPMA (2.5hrs), PSCM (15mins), and DSP (4mins). So that will keep you busy for 4 hrs.

23B50 is the BECM update. I don't see a BECM update in your list but there are other powertrain updates that the tech might do while there since they are all coordinated to update together as a set. Let us know what happens.
