Hey new to all this, but would be very grateful if someone could run my VIN: 3FMTK4SX0PMA46908 and see what available updates there are. 2023 Mach-E GT. Thanks in advance!

Like a previous poster, you also haven't gotten the small GWM update that does require you car to be on your home (or other) Wi-Fi at the time it arrives. So for the near term make sure you have it set to connect.

Make that two of us: I'm new as well and would like to see where my 23 is at as far as needed updates. I'm considering investing in the FDRS Setup so I can do them as well.

VIN# 3FMTK4SE3PMA53480

Thanks!
Here's your list of available updates in FDRS:

A couple of things...note that you currently have both a GWM (gateway) and a TCU (telematics modem) in your list at the same time. That normally doesn't happen due to dependencies dictating that one doesn't show up until the other one is already updated. So I suspect you have a problem that a tech with FDRS will have to correct.

That and the fact that your car is throwing the most amazing number of DTCs. So many of them they scroll off the bottom of the page, even after scrolling a page down.

If you're not doing anything right now, call your service advisor and ask them to pull up your VHA in PTS and tell you what they see for today's date.....

I probably caused the DTC's myself the other day when all my Connected Services and even the little Triangle Icon at the top of the screen that shows vehicle connectivity was missing. My FordPass app was showing Last updated 20+ hours. I went under the Passenger side fuse panel and disconnected the Power to it which restarted everything and got my Connections back up and running.

Can I clear those with ForScan?

Also. Would my Service advisor likely understand what that means when I ask him to pull up my VHA in PTS?

Thanks!
B.

You can indeed clear all those with FORSCAN. I don't know if they'd come back immediately or not.

And I would hope your SA would know the acronyms for the system they sit behind everyday, all day.

Hello all,

I have a 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-GT, but I have the impression that not all software updates are received. I receive nothing at all via OTA and at the Ford dealer they do not carry out all updates. So I think there are still many updates to install.

I live in the Netherlands and I was wondering if it is possible to also read my VIN number in FDRS to see what updates there are for my car?

My VIN number is: WF0TK4SX0MMD99550

Thanks in advance for your reply.
Greetings from "The Netherlands". ?

These are powertrain updates that would be updated in a scripted sequence. All together.

@RickM110 is this a company car? or a leased car?

You have no OTA history showing and it says your TCU modem is both Retail Authorized and Fleet Authorized at the same time. Normally that's not a good thing. Should be one or the other.

If you own this car and it is not a fleet vehicle I would suggest you contact your dealer and have them removed the Fleet settings from your TCU modem. It may require you to visit the shop to do this.

Thanks a lot Mike ?

Is this something only the Ford dealer can do?

It's Ford's fleet management system...so yeah, Ford has to fix this.

I imported this car from Germany. The car belonged to an employee of Ford Werke Köln (German Ford factory).
