Call the BEV team if the dealership won't help you.

They can see what I see on the PTS screen...if they are saying "it's all set" then they don't understand what they're looking at.

Mike I called my dealership and they said I gotta bring it back for them to reprogram ? - I called ford and am holding for the fleet department who can maybe help me…guess we shall see. I’ll take it to the dealership to have the non ota updates done but I want to get the ota going so I’ll take a chance with the fleet team

Haven't had any updates since the supercharger update back in March, so I don't have the new sync UI update. My 12v is always charged up when update checks are run at night; curious if there's anything sitting in my FDRS queue yet. Thanks! VIN: 3FMTK3SU8PMA67330

My Mach-e premium standard range was built in Nov I believe. I received OTA update regularly since then.
Everything is running well so far.
The last update for was for tesla charging and haven't received anything since then so I am wondering if there are any unseen bottlenecks to getting more updates?
I did receive 6.13 but not 6.14.

Could I get one more FDRS report? Aaron Ford just came out and did the TSB 21-2171 to fix the 1 pedal fault problem I've experienced since having the CSP 23B50 update done last month.

It has indeed....now just waiting for your car to talk to the cloud. I take it you have a schedule set in the car to check daily at a time when you're likely to be driving?

I concur. In fact the entire OTA history section is missing from your PTS vehicle status screen.

I recommend you call the dealership and request an appointment to get booked in for a diagnosis to determine why your car is not getting OTAs at all.

Well checking before today wouldn't have worked because of the Fleet mode thing...but you should see something pop up maybe tomorrow hopefully. I have my car and truck set to check around 0900 when I'm driving it.
