Well hopefully. You have no OTAs in the queue right now but OTA updates usually don't appear until Friday or Saturday anyway for most Mach-Es.

I'm not sure if FDRS can show anything, but I figure it couldn't hurt.

I think Ford knows about your CarPlay problem....

From a discussion on another forum it would appear that some techs take this to mean they will be telling customers there's nothing they can do until Ford releases an update at the end of the year. Meaning they will not be working on APIM related issues because they don't want to do all updates...and still return the car to the customer with some issue. So they won't work on them at all.

You won't be getting any OTAs until your dealer has your car's TCU Fleet Mode removed.

It needs to say 'Retail Authorized' only.
