Its honestly a joke with how many different things break on this car. Let me know if the FDRS DTC readout looks off too. There was a timestamp at 4:11 that @rugedraw said looked funny.

Just checked it again and this is what it is showing. Lots of codes and lots of possible SSM's and TSB's.

Your car is on Sync 23031 which is 2-3 version behind the latest. You are definitely not up to date. OTA history does show you are getting updates sent, but it will be a while before the OTA process catches you up. No way to know when the next update will be sent nor which one it it will be.

Your car is on Sync 23291 which is the latest or just one behind the latest available; depending on what Ford has available for you. You are only showing ACM and OBCC updates pending. It seems like this car was manually updated with FDRS as you have the PSCM/IPMA updated to the latest version and you can only get those with FDRS. I would hold my breath for updates as there is very little to update on your car.

Can someone check mine for updates, too? I've had it a month and it was built 08/23 and I'm worried it's never been updated - I know I don't have the new charge assist app and my Sync is ver 23151 which rugedraw says is behind.

There is nothing else for anyone to check. Your modem is properly provisioned and your car is talking to the cloud just fine. You just have to wait for the OTA gods to deem you worthy of an update.

Could I trouble some one to check if I have any updates worth a FDRS purchase.

You're only showing an RFA update. I would hold off. It is possible that FRDS may be showing a GWM and/or APIM for you, but I do not have access to FDRS now to check that.

Hello - If someone with FDRS could pull up pending updates for my GT VIN# 3FMTK4SEXMME01710, I would much appreciate it as I am taking it into dealership in the next week or two with some minor issues. I realize the dealership is unlikely to do much of anything with updates that I am not experiencing an issue with but if you see some glaring issues, I would appreciate those being called out so I can justify why i want them done. Thanks much!

You're on Sync 23352 which is the latest. Modules with pending updates are below. I would not have high hopes that the dealer does them.

@Mike G I received confirmation a FordPass Advanced Guide that the FLEET authorization has been removed from my vehicle and that I should be all set from here.

Can you please let me know if you see any other information regarding my vehicle so I can figure out how to start getting OTAs?

Modem is properly provisioned now and your car is talking to the cloud just fine. All you can do now is throw a prayer at the OTA gods and hope they shine upon thee.

Here you go. CMR will take about an hour. The PSCM and IPMA are married to each other, so if you do one, the other will have to be done right after. The IPMA will take 3 hours bearing no complications. Make sure you have a power supply with at least 40amps of juice for those updates.

Yea, man. You car is different due to the accident your car had. Very difficult to diagnose remotely.

Your case seems pretty straight forward. OTA history does not show when you got it, but it looks like you got the 6.13.0 bad CMR update and never got the CMR-FX update that fixes it. The TSB that pertains to the fix is attached. All they have to do is update the CMR.

None of those are the ones you need to fix the issue, but getting updates is a good thing.

The one you would need to avoid the dealer visit is PU update that ends in CMR-FX.
