I wish I knew what else to tell you. It's such a small update it's ridiculous, so I don't know why that ones being difficult.

Yeah, after 18th jul i have run the car for 7 hrs in total but only connected to wifi yesterday. So i can understand why it didn’t earlier, but not downloading now is bad.

Congrats on getting two OTAs in 24hrs! Don't see that often.

Here's the list of available updates showing in FDRS:

You can ignore the OBCC and RFA and the BCM in this list since your car just got those as an OTAs and the servers haven't had time (usually 24hrs) to sync the 'available' lists back up between FRDS offerings and OTAs.

Thanks, If you can extend to 48Hrs. I've 5 OTA's It's not shown on that List. However, I did see 5 updates my self on car.There was sudden Tsunami of updates last couple days.. very weird but Good

It's possible the BCM in FDRS is newer than the one they recently got OTA (and it seems that this newer BCM isn't being sent OTA at all yet.)

It's not bad. That update is to address an issue where the country code on the TCU was somehow changed and in turn not allowing a vehicle to talk to the mothership. This is the reason why WiFi is required for this particular update and not others. The country code on your TCU is correct and your car is talking to the cloud just fine. You don't need this update, so no need for FOMO if it does fail.

So if you find time, could you kindly check what was updated on July 10th and what’s now left open for me? Just to get a feeling when I may get OTAs again.

This is what they updated/did:

PTS shows only a BCM update pending. You aren't getting updates because there is nothing to update on your car.

Good luck with that. Ford does not pay them to update modules just because they have updates pending. Your car is on Sync 23095, so the list below does not include several APIM, GWM, TCU and at least one IPC update you have pending. It does not hurt to ask, but I would not have high expectations that they do them.

Edit: Just noticed you're the UK. I am not sure how they operate there, but here in the US, the chances these updates would get done are slim to zero.

After 3 days with my local Ford for three recalls: the pano roof, the windscreen and the HVJB - my car has come back nice and shiny. However they couldn't complete two of the recalls which I think was the screen/pano as they now want to replace them instead, which is fine

They told me I had all the OTA upgrades available, but there were some "forced over the wire" upgrades they have complete.

I did notice between the courtesy Mach E (23 Model) and my own there was a UI difference.

Courtesy: - Car Play is Portrait not Landscape, Sync has three buttons on top row, heating/cooling and volume are surrounding the dial. WF0TR3SU9PMA10162

My Car: - Apple Car Play is landscape, no top row buttons, and heating and volume are on bars around the UI. WF0TR3SU0MMA19392

Aside from the Sync configuration differences....they want to outright replace both the windscreen and pano roof? Why? The pano roof doesn't even get taken off for the recall....it just has additional sealant placed in certain areas from the underside. And any reputable glass company should be able to remove your windshield and put a new bead of sealant on the frame and put the same one back one.

I have the best chance of downloading updates while my car is out driving around in an area that has at least three bars of AT&T coverage.

@Mike G , I completed the battery 12v BMS, have also driven the car over 2 hours in the last couple days. Still no update showing. Do these things take awhile to download? does the vehicle have a hidden menu to check the download status by chance?

In addition to updating the powertrain software during the HVJB recall programming steps, ford authorized dealer techs the labor cost of updating the rest of the car's modules as well. But your dealer left these for you.
