How many tires have you gone thru in 118k miles?

I got my car before you, but you have almost 100k more miles recorded. Amazing.
On a standard battery to boot! On my FFE (32kw battery) I've just broken 100k in 12 years.

Running mine at 37psi fronts & 49 in rears all the time as I’m fully loaded almost all the time, don’t really feel the ride is harsh.
49? That seems rather high, or 37 seems low depending on car. The premium says 39 all around. Why do you use those pressures?

Always running fully loaded, right up to the max weight limit.

Well after running my calculations those tire pressures are a testament to the extreme conservatism of Ford's lawyers. The weight ratings are basically the same as US cars, just looks like they added 100 kg to the rear axle for towing tongue weight vs. US spec. But with both axles fully loaded to weight rating, the tire pressures I come up with for a 103 load rating would be 35 PSI front, 45 PSI rear. Which is pretty close for the front, but for some unknown reason they've jacked the rear pressure up even more. That's just excessive to me. 35/40 psi is most likely just fine for 4 adults unless you are towing something. 49 psi would be so hard the tires would be bouncing off every bump.

In the USA, they like to have the front and rear tire pressures be the same most of the time. Our spec for a Premium AWD is 39 psi on all tires. 39 psi is more than the fronts will ever need to carry their maximum load but is about right for the rears.

I run 36 psi on all four tires for 1-2 people plus small cargos. That is plenty to carry the loads and not as jarring.

All very nice theory but mine’s not AWD and even if it was it’s Ford’s recommendations that I generally tend to follow.

The car is almost always fully loaded and whether it is or not the bounce theory is not the reality.

Great ride.

Also adjusted the rear camber angles to the maximum towards the positive end of limit to avoid wear on inner edges of tyres when fully loaded.
