My 2021 Mach E last updated on May with 6.14.0. Would really appreciate if someone could check my VIN: 3FMTK3SS6MMA62279

I’m one of the “no OTA updates since August of 2023” people.

Dealer told me today they updated 8 modules, did an APIM reset and updated the gateway module.

Can you look at my VIN and seewhat updates they did and if I have the correct gateway module? For the last year I’ve had the “LKB” module which is apparently preventing OTAs. Also curious if they forced BC 1.3 updates or not. Thanks!

Here is what I can see in PTS.

Hi, I'm getting an end of warranty once over, most likely getting hosed out of money, but I was wondering if someone could run a scan in case I need to bring something to the attention of my service department. 3FMTK4SX3MME02019

Thanks in advance. New to me 2021 GT premium, I think.

Edit: If at all possible, perhaps after today Sept 6, brought it it to dealership to look at "drive mode unavailable" prompt popping up. Not sure what that is about. Anyways, thanks for taking the time to look things up, I really appreciate it.

Update: So, the dealership started a module update process and apparently it reached 95% and stopped and completely bricked the vehicle. We're now waiting for a new module to replace it on Monday. I'll see how it goes. Hopefully it's not too bad......right?
Here is what I show for updates on yours.

My friend is buying a used 2022 GT. The dealer says it is not ready as it needs "battery updates" that are taking a few days. Can anyone check what this car actually needs? Or what the dealer is updating?
VIN:
3FMTK4SE2NMA05062
I'm not one of the smart guys in here but I have a 2 Day PTS/FDRS license so just trying to pay it forward some. Below are the updates available and it looks like the "battery updates" they are talking about is the HVBJB replacement recall among others. Hope that helps some.

EDIT: Nevermind on this. The car started normally after sitting about 10 minutes. Forscan is showing tons of warning about circuit voltages below threshold. Sounds like it is time to order a battery.

Anyone able to run a quick diagnostic by chance? My car won't start and is throwing every random error it can think of. I'm thinking maybe 12 volt but would love to know what the car thinks. Ford site just says it is in excellent health.
Here is your update list if you happen to need it. Just FYI.

Have had mine for just over 2 weeks. I believe it was on the lot for about 4 months before it was dealer traded about 100 miles to my dealer. Can I get a check to make sure all is up to date?

If @rugedraw or @Mike G (or someone else smart with this tech stuff!), could check my car has the updates (been on dealer lot a few months): Picking up tomorrow VIN: 3FMTK4SX8RMA13688

i would be very appreciated. I’m in the Army so my wife ended up driving 8 hours alone to get the car since I drew duty this weekend. I’d love to make sure the dealer has it safe and ready for her to drive home.

thank you!
I'm not Mike or Rugedraw, but here is what is showing for your VIN as far as updates. They may can give you more info about it. Thank you for your service sir.

I had a question on my Mach E regarding BlueCruise 1.3 if anyone has some insight. I purchased the 2 day license to do FDRS updates and look at PTS. I've done every update available in FDRS (I only had a GWM update available today) and according to what I've read in the other forums based on my IPMA version of RJ6T-14H102-BAE I should have BlueCruise 1.3 but I don't have the Lane Change Assist sliders under my driver assistance settings and when BlueCruise is enabled handsfree it doesn't give me the arrows in the instrument cluster that will let you signal to do the auto lane change. In fact it kind of seems a little worse here lately disengaging frequently from handsfree on any sort of pronounced curve in the road when on the interstate in the 70 - 75 MPH range. I was just curious if something might be wrong or if I need to try redownloading the IPMA update in FDRS while I have the 2 day license or maybe just ask my dealer about it when I take it in for 20K service in the next few weeks. Was curious to see what you guys smarter than me might could make of it from your end in FDRS/PTS. Mine is a 2022 Mach E Select RWD Standard Range and the VIN and software information is below if that helps. Also not in early access program on my vehicle (waitlisted) but I am in the Fordpass mobile app iOS testflight beta program if those play into anything.

Give Rugedraw a PM. He might be able to work his magic for you with Forscan.

Thanks. They definitely ran a bunch of updates, not sure why they didn’t do them all…..

Unfortunately, it looks like I still have the LKB gateway module. ☹

Also not sure how to interpret the other updates as to whether or not I got the BC 1.3 updates pushed.
