Here's the list of available software updates for your VIN from FDRS:

No OTAs in the last 60 days (at least) and your 12V battery is at 75% SOC as of the last time your car reported in.
No real work done on the car for the last few days. Just reading the repair manual.
You may want to tell them to ignore the VDM DTC you have instead of spending a lot of time chasing that down. All GT-PEs get that same error, and to make it go away the tech simply has to connect up with FDRS, and with the car fully on, step through all the drive modes, and then go back to FDRS and "Clear and retest" and the DTC will disappear....until the first time somebody drives the car, and it comes back......this is a 'feature' of the GT-PE and there isn't any real fault. Just so you know. But if they go down that rabbit hole, they can spend a lot of time on a problem that really isn't a problem and won't get fixed this millennium anyway. Bigger fish to fry.
Thanks so much Mike!
They aren't likely to manually do any of these updates for me unless I pay standard labor rate for the time. Am I SOL? Is it likely one of these updates is hung up and stopping the car from its standard OTA process? it's literally been a year since the car updated and sent a notification to fordpass or showed up on the sync screen (last update 10/13/2023). The APIM and IPMA were replaced within a few weeks of the final update.
My apologies for all of the questions, but it has taken hours on the phone with Ford, and many many days at the dealership. I've scoured the forums trying to find a solution.
I really appreciate it.
