Hey Mike,

It’s been 2 weeks since getting fleet removed and 3 weeks of ownership for my new from dealer 22 GT but I don’t think I have received any updates on my end as my power up is still 3.5.3. As my car sat on the lot for 2 years and was fleet registered what are the odds that it is stuck? If so is there any way I can open a file with the BEV team to get a case going so I can get a dealer to update me via warranty or any tsb’s or anything I could use? PAAK is hit and miss sometimes. I’m only at 1900kms on the odometer.

Also, I’m concerned about my 12v as it sat on the lot for so long. I got carscanner and it shows my HV health at 99.5% and 24 months old, but for some reason the 12v battery pids are showing blank for voltage, soc and health. Could there be something else going on?

Looking forward to your thoughts and thanks in advance!

It is now showing Retail Auhorized only...no more fleet. You're good.

You haven't started getting any yet. Newly pushed OTAs normally arrive somewhere around Thurs-Sat timeframe if there will be one for your VIN that week. Don't hold me to that, it's just an observation from watching the digits go by for a couple of years. But that seems to be what happens...

You currently do not show a WACM update for your charging mat in the lower console.

But hopefully some of this other stuff will start showing up soon...like the gateway (GWM) and that APIM (Sync) and then in case you want to roadtrip you'll need that OBCC so you can charge at Tesla Supercharger stations. Not to mention all the stuff you'll need for BC 1.3 to be enabled, (SCCM, CMR, IPMA, PSCM). Hopefully the OTA fairy finds you soon.

I would contact Ford Customer Service and talk to the BEV team and ask that they look at the details of your car's health reports and the list of available software updates. You show a lot of DTCs for a wide variety of things. Ask the team to open a case and work with your local dealer to get you caught up so that things start flowing.

Thanks Mike,

Would you or anyone happen to have the number for the BEV team? I’m in Canada if that makes a difference.

Cheers,
Matt

Try this number and see if it's the same. If not they can probably forward you on.

Apparently, this dealership is not aware that everything a tech does in FDRS is visible as a history session for anybody with FDRS to see.

Although there can be some exceptions (communications issues or issues with FDRS) everything is logged, and any updates performed are shown in the session logs, and normally the update listed in the available software table is removed immediately after the update is performed (again with some exceptions for faulty update packaging).

This would not be the first service advisor or tech to suddenly realize that other people can see what they did or did not do. And the mistakes they made, if any.
info @rugedraw
Update as of 9 am (Eastern) Monday 21 Oct.
Dealership now acknowledges the nine (9) outstanding FDRS updates showing last time you checked and says the tech has the vehicle and will get them all applied...
