New 24 Mach-E owner <1 month and enjoying it. However it takes bumps and dips like it has square tires. Any aftermarket upgrades, like springs or suspension?
Also discovered that the personal key pad won't light up unless you touch the right area and pretty firmly.

Hi there! If you send over a DM with your VIN and Ford dealer info, I can look into your concerns on my end.

Eibach, Koni and Steeda all have items out. However if you have a GT with Magnaride your pretty much have what you have. There is LOTS of information here on the site, just search.

Suspension has been like this since 2021...

You should not have to touch the pad firmly to get it to light up.

It would help to know which trim level you have. If you have a Magneride car (GT) the shocks that come with it are all you can get. If it’s a non-Magneride car (Select or Premium), there is a thread on fitting a regular Mustang’s rear Koni shocks onto the MME. Eibach also has a progressive spring setup available. They market it for the GT and they have a set for the non-GT but the GT set will fit and will ride better because the non-GT springs are linear. Both Eibach and Steeda market anti-sway bars for the MME if you are interested in making the car handle better. ??

And check your tire pressure. Some people with more expertise may have a recommendation for a smoother ride but certainly if too high the ride will be worse.

While you would not want to replace the Mag-ride shocks, you can absolutely replace the springs and sway bars. I have a GTPE and did this almost two years ago. I have over 20K miles on aftermarket springs and sway bars. I've also personally installed the Eibach GT springs and sway bars on other GTPE MME's with Mag-ride shocks. Just because Eibach and other manufacturers list that they are not for that model, does not mean they won't work. It usually means they never tried it on that model. I have a full writeup on replacing the springs on the GTPE here: https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/eibach-gt-pro-kit-lowering-springs-on-a-gtpe.33310/

Rick, all your info is now going to be in a google search result, edit your post above to remove that as this is the public side. Send a Private message to Ford (though they won't be able to do anything about it, we have dozens of threads about way to make the ride better)

I am mildly disappointed to hear that your experience with a '24 sounds similar to earlier years. Ford really should improve the suspension. Maybe '25 or '26 will be better!

Seriously?
The question was towards Ford as it's a cookie cutter reply they use to look like they have a socali media presence. But they can't do anything about 90% of the things they ask for vin's for.
Also Premium's have the stiffest springs, or at least the worst ride.
