1FMWK8GC7SGA16284 - Congrats on the new ST. Whoever did the PDI didn't check the tire pressures and lower them from the shipping setting to normal. They are about 10psi high right now. Just so you know.

TY sir! I'm actually getting new tires on Monday so lazy has won over taking some air out. They did the same thing on my Mach E annoyingly. Looks like I need to get out the battery charger and cough up the 2 day FDRS :)

Looking at this list:
WF0TK3SUXMMA63601-25-Oct-24.webp

That APIM should be done first (requires USB 3.1+ 64GB thumb drive).

Then check for any GWM or TCU or IPC that shows up immediately after that.

If any of those three show up after the APIM then do those first before doing anything else.

After clearing any GWM, APIM, TCU or IPC from the list then select the PCM, which will start the scripted updates of all powertrain modules in this list (PCM, ABS, BECM, SOBDM, SOBDMB, SOBDMC).

Then you can tackle the IPMA and PSCM (also scripted to be updated together). The IPMA can take 2.5 hrs to update. You will need a good steady powersupply (not a battery charger) to provide at least 50 amps at 13.6V for this procedure.

At that point, you should have all the necessary updates (unless more pop up as you work through the list) for BC to be functional. If BC has been enabled for your region you should get a notification that it is available (in FordPass or by email).

Thanks a lot for the great explanation how to update at the correct sequence.

Btw. I have a charger with power supply function. Mongoose interface,….

You got a gateway OTA early in September and nothing since.

However, you do have another gateway update in this list, and I'm thinking that would help things along:

Thank you. I just used FDRS for the first time ever to update the gateway module like you suggested. Fingers crossed it opens the BC 1.3 updates.

Why not just go ahead and update all the modules with available updates?

You'd have what you want

Your IPMA is already on the BAE software. All you need is FORScan to enable the features.

Well cool. I haven't seen that info. Guess I'll have to search for it. Thanks for the tip.

It's been about six months since I've done an FDRS update on my GT. Can you look up 3FMTK4SX5MME01406 so I can decide whether it's time to buy a license? Thanks.

Hello. I just rolled 20,000 miles after my first long road trip and experienced a 'Service Vehicle Soon' message after stopping for the final charge on the way home. No power reduced messages and did not notice any other issues. Going to schedule the 20k service but would like to know anything else I can before I take it in. Appreciate it!

You have FSA 23B50 outstanding which will update your powertrain items in this list.

You also have DTCs consistent with the attached SSM 51705 which will require your BECM counter to be reset.

Hello all, can someone please check my VIN and post the logged error messages?

3FMTK3SU5MMA42851

I was about to park the car and got 2 messages about the 1PD and it was automatically turned off. I turned the car off and on again, the messages were gone, and 1PD activated again, but my FP app shows the error message below. Thanks!

Hi everyone! I posted a separate thread on this. My MME GTP has never received an OTA update and I have never received any notifications about updates as well. I have a 2022 MME GTP that will be out of warranty soon and I’m potentially going to sell it. It’s been in the shop for over 60+ days, numerous techs, different dealers, ford open cases, etc. it was showing the “what’s new in update 4.2.2” screen since I’ve owned it. It wouldn’t even allow for me to “check for updates.” One dealer finally forced updates in August and it was updated quite a bit. We decided to wait a few months to see if i can get anything new. Basically no! It’s almost like my vehicle has been blacklisted or something? Hoping someone can help before I pull the plug. My vin # is as follows: 3FMTK4SX0NMA04980
Thanks in advance!

Hello! I am interested to see what comes up for my VIN

3FMTK3SU8MMA36865

I recently purchased this car and not sure if any updates are available or when the last time it was updated.
