So it was time to get new boots as I was at 71K miles on the original Contis. Yes you read that right, the original tires. I may have pushed the limit but definitely needed new tires as winter approaches.
After looking around, I chose the new Scorpion AS+ Elect. Just did it so it will take some time to see if there is any range change, which will be difficult to properly gauge as temps drop in the Midwest. For the most part, I do not care, but will watch to see if noticeable.
To note, I went from 245's to 255's and have 15mm spacers on my car as I wanted it to go flush with the body. I also have the car with the Eibach sway bars and lowering springs. My drive to work this morning (25 miles highway miles) felt smooth and quiet, and I do like the aggressive look of the tires.
