So, I thought I had figured out my vehicle replacement strategy. I really want a GT (the rally looks stupid with the boy racer wing and so on), and Ford finally decided to add ventilated seats. Or so I assumed since they’re now available on the premium. Well, NO, Ford in their infinite wisdom couldn’t seem to put them on the GT?

I want to be a product manager at ford so I can spend my days finding petty ways to piss off customers. Smaller frunk, no ventilated seats… argh!

Didn’t think any GT has ever had perforated seats.
The ICE Mustang GT entered the conversation ?

still, it’s pretty sad. I thought I had one from the late 201Xs as a rental car in CA that had ventilated seats but I could be mistaken.

So, they do have smaller frunks, I think. It might be because of the way the radiator is angled and possibly also because of the heat pump. Maybe they’re Tesla Model Y size? I haven’t seen one. Ask @ChasingCoral, I think he might have.

The good news is that the premium is the only trim line with heated and ventilated seats in 2025. The bad news is, there are no other trim lines with heated and ventilated seats, infinite blue still doesn’t exist, and rapid red sleeps with the fishes.

Yeah it really comes down to if you have actual issues with the material you are complaining isn't ventilated. I have ventilated seats on our F-150, but it's "leather" and it can be uncomfortable without it. But I had a 2017 F-150 that was an XLT, so cloth seats, and it was never an issue.

The MME Premium we have is leather and could use ventilation, but if you had a cloth/leather sport seat it may be fine without it, and the cloth inclusion could be more comfortable and not worth losing just for ventilation, which would likely need a leather-like material.

I like the looks of the gt seats on my 23.5, BUT they're awful in terms of breathing, much preferred the premium seats I had on my 21.

I HOPE they'd up the notch on the performance aspect of things on the GT instead of adding unnecessary luxury items. No need for cooled seats on a GT. Go buy a Lexus gramps.

Wish list:

- Better steering wheel adjustments (range of motion... tilt/telescope)
- better suspension options
- Wider wheels and tires
- lower vehicle stance
- better battery and motor cooling
- funEV sounds / customizable ev sounds ... Mach-E 1400 anyone?
- lower steering ratio
- better steering wheel / road feedback
